Man found beaten to death in Brooklyn apartment

The NYPD is investigating the beating death of a 26-year-old man in his Brooklyn apartment.  Police say Anthony Freeman was found unconscious inside his Saint Marks Avenue apartment in the Brownsville section shortly before 4 p.m. Tuesday. Authorities say the victim had been beaten in the head with a blunt object.
