  2. Thanks for posting this Mike. I am that mid-50s guy. I just got my personal training certification about a year ago. Hoping to do the same thing you are doing. Challenge my age peers to set goals and keep moving. Keep up the good work.

  4. Totally relate to this!
    I have clients 59&63 that are super active… No health issues. And I have clients that are 36/44 & 61 that are in way worse health. Seeing the huge divide makes you realize that fitness/diet gives you a better quality of life as you age. The 40+ market is huge and a growing market for PT! The problem is making people realize they need help…. Before they get diagnosed with high BP, cholesterol, diabetes etc.
