Ryan Serhant began his first day in the real estate business on September 15, 2008 – the same day that Lehman Brothers filed for bankruptcy in the wake of the subprime mortgage collapse. While the real estate sector has steadily recovered, Serhant himself has quickly become one of the most successful brokers in the world, with agents under his leadership in New York City, Los Angeles, Miami and the Hamptons. The Serhant Team has been named by WSJ Real Trends as the #1 real estate team in New York for two years in a row, and the #2 team in the country, selling close to $1 billion in real estate last year. Ryan is consistently the youngest broker to make the Journal’s top ten list each year.

Ryan stars in the popular Bravo series “Million Dollar Listing New York,” which just wrapped its seventh season. On September 18, 2018 – the week of his 10-year anniversary in real estate – he will debut his first book, Sell It Like Serhant. When pre-sales were announced, Ryan was #1 on Amazon’s daily list of “Movers and Shakers.” As star and producer, this year he also debuted his new Bravo show, “Sell It Like Serhant,” started a successful vlog (www.youtube.com/ryanserhant) and launched an app (Agent Empire: NYC). There is nothing Ryan can’t do. His motto communicates his professional and personal philosophy, “Expansion. Always. In all ways.”

  12. What a massive ego Ryan has. You didn't create the neighborhood, that neighborhood has been heavily redeveloped for a decade or more now around The High Line, and it already has a name (Chelsea).

  13. Hey Ryan! I love the videos. I just became a fan of them. Any chance you can demonstrate an elevator pitch for us? Or quickly touch base on what a “perfect” pitch consist of? Would really appreciate it!

  14. How to be you Ryan? Why are so good at making us feel like we're a part of that apartment? Like I want to be there and don't leave. You make me feel SoHy

  15. "Starting at a low 3 million" ? Lol for a duplex? You can get a house on the water in the Hamptons for just as much.
    That's just a bad investment.

  18. I like real estate and generally like your vlogs but there are a few issues… your not powerful enough to name a neighborhood so just stop it because why your doing is cringeworthy and I'm not calling you crazy I'm just saying your ego is overblown… second of all fix the sound because there are issues in some interesting parts of the video and since youre such a perfecrionist you should take care of it third I like the building and i like the style and I personally wouldn't mind living there but it just looks like it was ikea inspired… shouldn't people get something more for those prices than living in a place that looks like it was furnished by ikea? Fourth if your talking about views then you should show us the views dont talk about the Hudson and then not show it to us
