  3. Almost 54.000 yearly income fpr 3 persons? Am a single mom i don’t make that amount and i work for the city so this excludes me. Wow not affordable at all.

  7. These are very exciting times in our country right now. We are all learning more about politics and economics and for that I definitely want to thank our President. That’s said, it’s very important to know the difference between afordable, low income ,or below low income. Fear not perspective applicants, things are not always as they are written. if you see it ,and you liked it, fill out an application. There are often loopholes. Also a good old-fashioned rule still applies. Start putting a few dollars aside slowly, for landlords and Realtors, and create positive networks in your everyday life. You never know who you’re dealing with..Good luck to all of us just in general. And God bless America.😊
