The New Lots Library is offering a free workout class taught by certified fitness trainer, Malvia! Join us for a fitness workout, weight training, and having fun staying fit! All participants are encouraged to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and sneakers to class. Please bring your own mat and hand weights (5 to 10 lbs). Bring water and a towel. Don’t have a mat? Still, join us! We have limited quantities of mats available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Class will be held in the auditorium at the New Lots Library.
